A clear point of view

Begin with your perspective.

You may be considering a sale, a renovation, a development idea, or a possible collaboration. Describe your relationship to the property and the outcome you would like to explore. There is no need to have every answer before making an introduction.

Make the property clear.

Include the address or location, property type, current use, and any context that helps explain the opportunity. If an address is not yet available, describe the site as clearly as possible. Separate confirmed information from estimates and identify any timing considerations.

Keep the first step focused.

A concise overview is enough to open the conversation. Please keep tenant identities, account details, and confidential financial or legal documents out of the public form. If further information is needed, its purpose and an appropriate sharing process can be discussed separately.

Understand what follows.

An inquiry introduces the property and your objectives for consideration. Follow-up may involve clarifying the opportunity, requesting relevant information, or determining whether there is a fit. A submission is not a purchase offer or a commitment to a closing date.
