Your information. Your choices.
How information supplied through this website is used, and how to contact us about it.
Information you choose to share
Our inquiry forms collect contact details and the property, organization or relationship context you provide. Required fields are identified in each form. Do not send passwords, identity documents, bank information, tenant records or other sensitive personal information through a public inquiry.
Purpose and access
We use submissions to assess and respond to the relevant request, preserve attribution, manage communication preferences and protect the website from abuse. Information may be handled by authorized team members and service providers involved in these purposes. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in marketing. Optional inquiry attachments are checked for unsafe files and stored privately. Access is limited to authorized staff handling the inquiry. Documents uploaded through private accounts are accessible only according to the relevant account and property permissions.
Website operation
The website uses essential session cookies for authenticated editorial access, draft previews, investor access and tenant access, and a language-preference cookie to remember your choice. Public forms use a temporary draft in browser memory, which expires or is cleared after successful submission. Closing or reloading the page can remove it. This website does not currently load advertising pixels or third-party marketing analytics.
Retention and requests
Inquiry records are marked with a retention-review date 90 days after receipt; this is a review point, not a promise of automatic deletion. Legal or operational needs can affect retention. Use the preferences form to request access, correction or deletion. We may need to verify that the information belongs to you before acting.
