Our real estate practice

Acquisitions

Start with a clear picture of the asset: address, current use, ownership context, physical condition, and available information. We welcome introductions from owners and brokers around a specific property. Fit is considered individually, with attention to the market, the proposed transaction, and the information still needed.

Development

A development idea must hold together at the level of the site, the neighborhood, and the delivery plan. Planning, design, approvals, infrastructure, cost, and construction requirements belong in the assessment from the outset. We welcome relevant conversations with landowners, development partners, and qualified professionals.

Renovation

Improvement begins with understanding the building. Systems, condition, intended use, materials, and the scope of work should guide the plan. Renovation is an opportunity to improve usefulness and quality while respecting the practical demands of an existing property.

Ownership

The responsibilities continue after acquisition. Maintenance, operations, occupancy, financing, and changing market conditions require ongoing attention. A long-term perspective considers what it takes to care for the asset and how decisions affect its users and surroundings.
